The world is full of all different kinds of people.
Everyone is unique in their character and appearance.

But gay is person, and gay is love for whoever.
Egalitarianism is very important in our life, and I think prohibition on gender discrimination is the foundation of egalitatianism.
So I'm respectful of their marriage.
But I hopr that a person whom I love is not gay...

There are many kinds of beauty pageants in the world including the Miss Universe, Miss World, and Miss Korea.
I'd like to introduce Miss Korea.
Miss Korea is the representative of Korea.
The original purpose of holding the Miss Korea pageant was to select a woman who represents our country well and can introduce our culture to the world.
Also Miss Korea contestants do a lot of charity work such as visiting orphanages and establishments for the elderly.
Miss Korea should be just being a pretty face, they also have to be very intelligents as well not.
They also very strict with their self discipline.
These girls are and example to me.
Therefore I think Miss Korea has good points about famous in Korea.

Imagine you are living abroad for a year. What would you miss about Korea?

I miss communication.

At first, leaving the country is very pleasant.

In time, you will find hard.

For example when I went to Thailand they can make little understand in English, so it was frustrating not be able to speak the language.

But I heard the Hangeul in Korea.

At that time, it's so good to see and I receive comfort.

If you lack of understanding, you cast your net wide, but you failed to see that.

Also I want to talk about my worries.

But you don't get off your chest and you don't get your wish.

Because he or she is not understand your language or they are not know your language. 

So I will feel lonely having no one to talk to.

And I'm hard.

Therefore I think about that if I leaving abroad my country, I miss communication.

Koreans and the internet

Internet technology is highly advanced in Korea.

So Korea has  fast internet.

Do you know that?

According to the survey in news paper, the Internet speed in South Korea is 14 megabits per second, which is seven times faster than the world average.

This survey is related to Korean personality.

Because Koreansis like things to be speedy.

So Korea has many PC rooms.

But this fast internet means that Korean people can’t stand being kept waiting.

Also a lot of PC room make people computer obsessed.

This fast internet is helps our life but sometimes have a bad execution.

What is the beautiful side of Korean culture???

Korean has etiquette about drinking culture.

We have a difficult culture because foreigners say "cheers" while drinking alcohol, but Korean people said "건배(gunbei)" or "원 샷(one shot)".

And when drinking together , Korea people have several rules.

For example when you drink with a person who is older than you, you should drink with your head facing toward the opposite the person.

Because it is considered rude to directly face the person who you are drinking with.

Also, if you are drinking alcohol with someone older than you, you should hold under a wrist with another hand when a person who is older than you pour in your drinking cup.

Do the same thing when you pour for them.

Becaese using both hands means that you are showing respect them.

Take off your shoes in korean

When you visit a friend's home in Korea, you should take off your shoes.

Because Korean people like to sit on the floor.

but foreigners like to sit on the chair.

They should take off their shoes in before they entered the Korean living room.

So you check that your socks are clean and have no hole in them^^

 

What advice would you give toa foreigner coming Korea for the first time.

First.

I give advice about language.

I think Korean language is very important for making friendly.

so foreiger will used polite expression.

Foreigeners say "Hello" to adult, but Koreans say "안녕하세요" to adult.

If i say "Hi" to Korean adult, they are thinking about you an ill-mannered person.

Also to bow down is deference for a person's elders in Korea, so you must be bow down and say "안녕하세요" to adult.

Then Korea people think about you have person of manner.

It is sitting cross-legged on the floor

It is Korean people pose when they are seat down.

But foreigners practiced sit in a chair.

So you little feel inconvenient.

I say that because Korea food store not have a chair than floor.

So if you eat traditional Korea food, you will sit down on floor.
